7 个无意识的生活习惯,正在让你的血糖飙升!
在中国,每 8 个成年人中就有 1 个糖尿病患者,每 5 个中国成年人中就有 2 个处于糖尿病前期。这意味着,一桌 8 个人的年夜饭上,约一半的人血糖已经出现问题。
糖尿病,早已不再是一个「老年病」。研究表明,通过生活方式干预能很大程度上预防糖尿病。保持健康的生活方式,可以预防全人群约 73% 的糖尿病发生。
虽然我们经常被告知要少吃甜食,但事实上,很多无意识中会飙升血糖的行为,往往被我们忽视。偶尔贪吃,偶尔熬夜,这些看似平常的行为,实际上可能对血糖健康造成影响。重要的是,在日常生活中,我们需要为自己的血糖健康做出一些改变。
